
Trampolining is a very effective tool to help you train your balance, air awareness, muscle memory and improve general overall conditioning, which really helps you to see improvements in freestyle.
Our facility is designed to help you learn flips and spins using the trampolines, foam pit or airbag, for fast and safe progression. SITE also offers special programmes, like Girls Night In and Coaching Night, which both focus on teaching freestyle tricks for you to take to the snow.
