Employment

Why do we exist?

We believe in the immense, nearly limitless human potential, and are passionate about helping people discover how to unlock theirs. We live in a world where if you have the desire to do something, you can quite easily learn how to. With all of the resources at our fingertips, The most important skill we can pass on is how to think, how to learn, and how to push beyond our boundaries.

How do we do this?

To help people see their potential, they need to push beyond their perceived boundaries to realize what they can actually acheive. On the trampolines this can be quite easy with the right guidance. We help uncover people's goals and show them the framework to break down big challenges into achievable steps with an observable progression path. By taking a large goal, flipping it upside down, and breaking it into small pieces, people start to see that not just trampolining or freestyle skills can be acquired this way, but any task in life.

Where are we now?

Right now we exist in a small and exciting window of growth in the sports that we love, and the stage of the business that we are in. With a small team, and a desire to go places, we are building the framework that future SITE venues will run off of. We are building momentum that has taken us to Wanaka and will take us further.

Where are we going?

SITE is taking course to become the premiere name in freestyle training. First in New Zealand, then in Australasia, then potentially in Europe and the rest of the world. We will continue to focus on trampolining, as well as branch out into non-secondary training such as on-mountain snowsports, skateboarding, and more. Our goal is to bring our mindset and tools for learning to all freestyle sports.

What are the steps to get there?

Our first and most important step is to getting our new location in Wanaka running (we've now ticked this one off!). This will further establish our hold on South Island freestyle training, and teach us how to navigate multiple locations before moving further from home.

SITE team members are passionate about helping others learn while providing unforgettable experiences.

Working at SITE encompasses helping everyone from young children to professional athletes hone their skills and learn new ways of breaking down large goals into attainable steps. SITE coaches are always looking for ways to improve themselves, their teammates, and the business.

SITE team members often have great skill, but the defining attribute of our whole team is the right attitude. Our core focus is on freestyle progression, so we are looking for people that are passionate about trampolining, skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, biking, or any other freestyle sport that can benefit from trampolining. Coaching experience in any of these fields is a bonus.
